I build flagship events from the ground up. At N-able, I took Empower from 789 attendees to a 1,270-person enterprise conference — establishing the vision, narrative, programming architecture, and long-term strategy that made it the defining flagship conference for the MSP community. At Plexus, I grew the annual convention 574% in 3 years. ADP needs exactly this.
